摘要
总结一款竹浆纤维石墨烯改性涤纶混纺织物的生产技术。介绍了竹浆纤维和石墨烯改性涤纶的特点和性能指标。分析了产品开发的技术难点。重点总结了各工序混纺面料的生产技术,包括整经、浆纱和织造。结果表明:开发的织物经密683.5根/10 cm,纬密432.5根/10 cm,经向断裂强力575.6 N,纬向断裂强力350.5 N,幅宽330.1 cm,实际下机无浆干重96.9 g/m^(2)。认为:开发的产品更加符合环保要求,质量指标满足了用户要求。
Production technology of bamboo fiber graphene modified polyester blended fabric were summarized.Characteristics and property indexes of bamboo fiber and graphene modified polyester were introduced.Technology difficulties of product development were analyzed. Production technology of blended fabrics in each process were summarized as keypoint,including warping,sizing and weaving. The results showed that warp density of the developed fabric was 683.5 ends/10 cm,weft density was 432.5 ends/10 cm,warp breaking strength was 575.6 N,weft breaking strength was 350.5 N,width was 330.1 cm and actual dry weight of the gray goods was 96.9 g/m^(2) after desizing.It is considered that the developed products are more in line with environmental protection requirements and the quality index meet requirements of users.
