On the Institutionalized Construction of the Spirit of Model Workers and Its Development

劳动模范是社会劳动生产领域的杰出代表和先进典型,劳模精神是劳动模范先进品质、政治品格和阶级精神的集中体现,是社会主义核心价值观的生动诠释。自20世纪30年代起,中国共产党致力于领导和推动劳模运动,劳模精神历经动员式建构、仪式性建构和制度化建构三个发展阶段,已经成为社会主义国家制度的重要组成部分。国家建设、群众路线、政治文本、典型教化是劳模精神制度化建构的四维机制。全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,必将涌现出一大批劳动模范和大国工匠,应进一步明确劳模精神的制度方位、完善制度要素、创新制度执行、强化制度支撑,更好地发挥劳模精神激励民众、增进认同、弘扬新风的意识形态功能。

Model workers are outstanding representatives and advanced models in the field of social labor production.The spirit of model workers is the concentrated embodiment of labor model's advanced quality,political character and class spirit,and a vivid interpretation of socialist core values.Since the 1930s,the Communist Party of China has been committed to leading and promoting the model worker movement.The model worker spirit has gone through three development stages:mobilization construction,ritual construction and institutional construction,and has become an important part of the socialist state system.National construction,mass line,political text and typical education are the four-dimensional mechanisms of the institutionalized construction of model worker spirit.In the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,a large number of model workers and craftsmen from large countries will emerge.We should further clarify the institutional orientation of the model worker spirit,improve the institutional elements,innovate the implementation of the system,strengthen the institutional support,and give better play to the ideological function of the model worker spirit in inspiring the people,enhancing recognition and promoting the new trend.
