摘要
以安徽省中小微未上市加工制造业企业为样本,利用问卷调查收集数据,实证检验创业者人力资本对企业绩效的影响,同时检验创业能力的中介效应以及公司规模在该影响中存在的调节效应.研究发现,创业者人力资本对企业绩效有显著影响,其中对短期绩效主要是直接影响,对于长期绩效主要是通过创业能力形成间接影响;创业者人力资本中协会任职经历(社会关系)和曾经的任职高管经历,对企业绩效影响最为显著;企业规模的增大会削弱创业者人力资本对企业长期绩效的影响,但在创业者人力资本对企业短期绩效的影响中规模的调节效应不明显.
Taking unlisted processing and manufacturing enterprises in Anhui Province as samples,this paper uses questionnaire survey to collect data to empirically test the impact of entrepreneur human capital on enterprise performance,as well as the mediating effect of entrepreneurial ability and the moderating effect of enterprise size in this effect.It is found that entrepreneur human capital has a significant influence on enterprise performance,that is,it has a direct impact on short-term performance and an indirect impact on long-term performance through entrepreneurial ability;the association experience(social relations)and previous executive experience have the most significant impact.The increase of enterprise size will weaken the influence of entrepreneur human capital on enterprise’s long-term performance,but in short-term,the moderating effect of enterprise size is not significant.
