The article interprets the main contents of Library Open Content Activities: Same Direction, Different Tracks:From the 2018 OCLC Global Council Survey Report, and points out that the following aspects should be paid attention to in carrying out the open content activities of libraries in China in the future:to enhance the participation of the open content activities of libraries, to actively promote the improvement of the National Open Policy, to promote the implementation of the open content activities of libraries in the post-epidemic era, to strengthen cooperation with relevant institutions such as OCLC to introduce advanced technology, and to reasonably quantify the funds for the open content activities of libraries.
