摘要
为了提升零件的磨削工艺质量,以定子部件为例,指出了难磨削材料断续内孔表面磨削的难点,提出了提升磨削工艺水平的方法:选择合适的砂轮,科学计算磨削参数,控制工作线速度与砂轮线速度之间的差距,控制纵向进给(F_(纵)),选择合适的磨削剂,掌握不同磨削液的特点,以有效弥补传统工艺的不足,提高难磨削材料断续内孔表面的质量。
In order to improve the quality of grinding technology of the components,through taking stator component as an example,the study points out the difficulties of discontinuous inner hole surface of refractory materials,and proposes the methods of the improvement of grinding technology,i.e.to select suitable grinding wheel,scientifically calculate grinding parameters,control the gap between speeds of working linear and grinding wheel,control Fvertical,select appropriate grinding paste,and grasp different characteristics of grinding fluid,in order to effectively make up the disadvantages of traditional technology,and improve the quality of discontinuous inner hole surface of refractory materials.
