社区A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者的服药意向和用药依从性及干预质性研究

Qualitative Research of Medication Intention,Medication Compliance and Intervention of Elderly Essential Hypertension Patients with A Type Behavior in the Community

了解广西壮族自治区南宁市西乡塘区社区A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者的服药意向及依从性。采用目的抽样方法选取8名服药依从性不佳的南宁市西乡塘区衡阳南铁社区卫生服务中心和北湖南棉社区卫生服务中心A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者进行半结构式的深入访谈,结果显示:社区A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者对原发性高血压病的危险性认识不足,心理因素和神经质情绪是社区A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者用药依从性低的原因之一。南宁市西乡塘区社区A型行为类型老年高血压病患者的地域环境、生活方式,心理因素和神经质情绪与A型行为类型老年原发性高血压病患者的服药意向和用药依从性存在不同程度的关系,应引社区医务人员的高度关注。

The study explores the medication intention,medication compliance and intervention of elderly essential hypertension patients with A type behavior in Xixiangtang Community,Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Semi-structured deep interview is done on 8 misadventure medication compliance elderly essential hypertension patients with A type behavior in Hengyang Nantie Community Health Service Center and Beihu Nanmian Community Health Service Center in Xixiangtang District,Nanning City.The results show that elderly essential hypertension patients with A type behavior in the community lack the cognition of the risk of essential hypertension disease.Psychological factor and nervousness emotion is one of the factors of the low medication compliance of elderly essential hypertension patients with A type behavior in the community.There are different degrees of relationship between geographical environment,living style,psychological factors,nervousness emotion,and medication intention,compliance of elderly essential hypertension patients with A type behavior in the community.Great attention should be paid from community medical staff.
