经皮空心螺钉技术与钢板内外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Percutaneous Hollow Screw Technique and Plate Internal and External Fixation for Unstable Pelvic Fractures

分析经皮空心螺钉技术与钢板内外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的临床治疗效果。以60例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为A、B两组。A组采取经皮空心螺钉固定治疗,B组采取内外联合固定模式,对比两组的疗效果及术后康复效果。A组的治疗总有效率为93.93%,B组的治疗总有效率为92.59%;术后两组患者的髋关节功能改善程度差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义;术后两组的并发症发生率差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义。采取经皮空心螺钉技术进行内外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的临床效果均比较理想,可根据具体患病情况选用。

The study analyzes the clinical effect analysis of percutaneous hollow screw technique,and plate internal and external fixation for unstable pelvic fractures.60 patients with unstable pelvic fractures are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into A and B group according to treatment methods.A group receive percutaneous cannulated screw fixation,and B group receive internal and external fixation mode.Clinical effect and postoperative effect of two groups are compared.Total effective treatment rate of A group is 93.93%,and that of B group is 92.59%.There is no statistically significant difference in the improvement of hip joint function and complication occurrence rate of two groups after operation(P>0.05).Clinical effect analysis of percutaneous hollow screw technique and plate internal and external fixation for unstable pelvic fractures is ideal.We can select the method according to specific illness situation.
