数字化智能化技术在颅颌面整形外科的应用效果研究

摘要 探讨数字化智能化技术在颅颌面整形外科的应用效果。选择60例患者,随机分为常规组和数字智能组。常规组依照术前三维头颅CT重建图像,设计手术方案并实施;数字智能组术前行三维头颅CT重建后,进行术前数字化智能化设计、三维打印导板定位及术后数字化评价,对比两组颅颌面整形效果及术后并发症发生情况。数字智能组颅颌面整形优良率达93.55%,显著高于常规组的68.97%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。数字化智能化技术应用于颅颌面整形外科,可有效提升其矫正、修复效果,降低术后并发症的风险。 The study explores the application effect of digital intelligent technology in craniomaxillofacial plastic surgery.60 patients are randomly divided into routine group and digital intelligent group.In routine group,according to the preoperative 3D head CT reconstructed image,operation plan is designed and implemented.In digital intelligent group,after preoperative 3D head CT reconstructed image,preoperative digital intelligent design,3D printing guiding plate and postoperative digital evaluation are done.Craniomaxillofacial plastic surgery effect and postoperative complication occurrence of two groups are compared.The distinguished and good rate of craniomaxillofacial plastic surgery in digital intelligent group reaches 93.55%,which is significantly better than 68.97%in routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The application of digital intelligent technology in craniomaxillofacial plastic surgery can effectively improve its rectification and repair effect,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
