疏肝散结汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Shugan Sanjie Decoction on 56 Myoma of Uterus Patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood Stasis

探讨疏肝散结汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤的临床作用及效果。选取本院收治的56例气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机分组法将其分为A、B两组。A组采用常规米非司酮治疗,B组在A组的基础上增加疏肝散结汤治疗,对比两组治疗后的子宫体积、肌瘤体积及体内激素含量。结果表明,治疗后,B组的子宫及肌瘤体积显著小于A组,B组体内孕酮、雌二醇、黄体酮生成素及卵泡生成素水平显著低于A组(P<0.05)。应用疏肝散结汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤,能改善患者体内激素水平,促使子宫体积及子宫肌瘤体积缩小。

The research explores the clinical effect of the treatment of Shugan Sanjie Decoction on myoma of uterus patients with qi-stagnation and blood stasis,and they are randomly divided into A and B group.A group receive routine mifepristone treatment,and B group receive qi-stagnation and blood stasis based on A group.Uterus volume,myoma volume and hormone content of two groups after treatment are compared.The results show that after treatment uterus and myoma volume of B group are significantly smaller than A group,and progesterone,estradiol,progesterone erythropoietin and follicle erythropoietin level are significantly lower than A group(P<0.05).The application of Shugan Sanjie decoction on uterus patients with qi-stagnation and blood stasis can improve patient’s hormone level,and reduce uterus volume and myoma of uterus volume.
