为加强测绘地理信息技术在国土空间规划中的应用,指出了国土空间规划的主要作用,分析了地理信息技术的基础应用,包括GPS基础应用、RS基础应用、GIS基础应用。分析了测绘地理信息技术在土地所有权与使用权的区分、评析结果的展示与监督检查、耕地保护与建设用地管理、国土空间规划设计等方面的应用。以提升国土空间规划管理效率,推动我国国土空间规划的信息化建设。

In order to promote the application of surveying and mapping geographic information technology in national land space planning,the study points out the main function of national land space planning,and analyzes the basic application of geographic information technology,including GPS,RS and GIS basic application.Then the study analyzes the application of surveying and mapping geographic information in the distinguish of land property and utilization right,the evaluation of the result display and supervision,cultivated land protection and construction land management,and national land space planning and design,to promote the efficiency of national land space planning management,and promote the information construction of China’s land space planning.
