快速康复模式下肺癌患者出院症状及心理体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on discharge symptoms and psychological experience of lung cancer patients undergoing fast-track surgery care

目的探讨肺癌患者在快速康复模式下出院症状及心理问题,为制订有效的快速康复护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究法对20例快速康复模式下肺癌术后患者在出院当天进行深度访谈,访谈内容根据Colaizzi现象学7步分析法进行整理,分析归纳主题。结果总结归纳3个主题:身体状态方面有疼痛、疲乏现象;心理上有自责、忧虑;家庭社会方面自我认同感降低、社交活动改变。结论快速康复模式下肺癌患者出院时面临多方面困扰,医护人员应在患者出院前后及时对患者的身心状态进行有效的评估和干预,改善患者身心健康,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the discharge symptoms and psychological problems of lung cancer patients undergoing fast-track surgery care to provide the basis for the development of fast-track nursing.Methods In-depth interviews were conducted among 20 lung cancer patients undergoing fast-track surgery on the day of discharge,using the qualitative research methods.The data were collected and analyzed using the Colaizzi analysis.Results Three themes were extracted including pain and fatigue in the physical condition,self-accusation and anxiety in the psychological condition and decrease in self-identity and social activities.Conclusion Lung cancer patients undergoing fast-track surgery are faced with many problems at discharge.Therefore,their physical and mental condition should be evaluated and intervened to improve their physical and mental health,as well as their life quality.
