风险社会中人的存在及其行动

Human Existence and Their Actions in a Risk Society

在全球化、后工业化进程中,人类社会日益涉入风险社会。应当说,在人类历史的任何一个时期都存在风险,甚至在某些时期出现过危机事件集中爆发的状况,但那些都不足以构成风险社会,而只有当今人类所处的社会可以被命名为风险社会。在风险社会中,人们所遭遇的所有风险都是社会风险(尽管有些风险被认为来源于自然界);风险社会中人的存在的现实性不是个人,而是人的共生共在;唯有合作行动才能为人的生存创造机遇。社会重建任务是身处风险社会中的人类需要面对的首要任务。人类只有基于风险社会的现实开展积极的合作行动,才能在人的共生共在得以实现的前提下获得自我生存的保障。而既往历史中生成的许多观念及信条,只要与风险社会的现实相冲突的,就都应当抛弃。

In the process of globalization and post-industrialization,human society is increasingly involved in risk society.It should be said that there are risks in any period of human history,and even there have been concentrated outbreaks of crisis events in some periods,but those are not enough to constitute a risk society,and only the society in which human beings live today can be named risk society.In a risk society,although some risks are considered to come from nature,all the risks that people encounter are social risks;the reality of human existence in risk society is not individual,but human symbiosis;only cooperative actions can create opportunities for human survival.The task of social reconstruction is the primary task for human beings in a risk society.Only by carrying out active cooperative actions based on the reality of the risk society,can human beings obtain the guarantee of self-survival under the premise that the human symbiosis can be realized.Many concepts and creeds generated in previous history that conflict with the reality of a risk society should be abandoned.
