党内监督是全面从严治党的重要保障,其监督效能直接影响全面从严治党的成效。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国共产党强化党内监督仍然面临着现实困境。新时代中国共产党强化党内监督,必须完善党内监督配套制度,破解基层“熟人社会”的监督难题,强化对党内“关键少数”的有力监督,增强党内监督方式方法的针对性,完善权力配置和运行制约机制。

The inner-party supervision is an important guarantee for comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline and its effectiveness will exert direct influence on the effectiveness of strengthening the party self-discipline in a comprehensive manner.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the Communist Party of China still faces adverse conditions in strengthening inner-party supervision.To improve this situation,the Communist Party of China must perfect the inner-party supervision supporting system,tackle the supervising difficulties in"the acquaintance society"at the grassroots level,enhance the oversight on"the critical minorities"in the party,make the supervision methods more targeted,and upgrade the systems of power disposition,power checks and supervision.
