2010-2019年福建省卫生资源配置现状与公平性研究

Research on the current situation and equity of health resource allocation in Fujian Province from 2010 to 2019

采用基尼系数、卫生资源密度指数(HRDI)和泰尔指数等指标分析福建省卫生资源配置公平性与区域均衡性。结果显示,福建省卫生资源配置总量逐年上升,但床位数、执业(助理)医师数和卫技人员数低于全国平均水平,注册护士、执业(助理)医师的配置公平性较差,区域内卫生资源配置均衡性均存在差异。卫生行政部门应加大投入力度,优化卫生人力资源配置,强化山区医疗卫生机构建设,持续推进整合型医疗服务体系建设。

Gini coefficient,health resource density index and theil index are used to analyze the equity and regional balance of health resource allocation in Fujian.The result shows that the total health resources for allocation in Fujian are increasing,but the number of hospital beds,practicing(assistant)physicians,and health technicians are below the national average,the allocation of registered nurses and practicing(assistant)physicians is less equitable,and unbalanced allocation of health resources exists between the regions of the province.It's suggested to increase investment,optimize the allocation of health human resources,enhance the construction of medical institutions in the mountain areas,and make sustained efforts to promote the construction of an integrated medical service system.
