云南大姚传统调料花椒产业发展的思考

摘要 通过对大姚县花椒产业发展现状及问题分析,提出推进花椒与休闲旅游一体化发展措施,解决产业发展中存在的问题,为云南大姚传统调料(花椒)产业化发展,实现生态扶贫,引导村民以种植花椒为突破口,为建设美丽、富裕大姚提供参考。 Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Dayao County,this paper proposes measures to promote the integration of Zanthoxylum bungeanum and leisure tourism,so as to solve the problems existing in the development of the industry.Therefore,it can help the industrialization of Yunnan Dayao's traditional seasoning(Zanthoxylum bungeanum),realize ecological poverty alleviation,and guide villagers to plant Zanthoxylum bungeanum as a breakthrough point,and provide a reference for building a beautiful and prosperous Dayao.
