摘要
通过对世界著名观赏树种之一七叶树的嫩茎进行组织培养,快速繁殖技术初步研究,旨在利用组织培养技术缩短其苗木生长周期,提高其生长速率,适应大规模的苗圃工厂化生产,提高在园林绿化中的利用价值,产生更大经济效益。
Through tissue culture of the tender stems of one of the world-famous Aesculus chinensis Bunge species,rapid propagation technology,the purpose is to use tissue culture technology to shorten the growth cycle of its seedlings,increase its growth rate,and adapt to large-scale nursery industrialization,improve the value of use in landscaping,and produce greater economic benefits.
