糖基化与糖基化转移酶在肿瘤发病中的作用研究进展

摘要 糖基化是糖生物学中重要过程之一,它参与了肿瘤发生发展的基本分子和细胞生物过程,糖基转移酶是糖基化过程中糖链合成的关键酶之一,与肿瘤发生发展过程同样密切相关。本文对糖基化及糖基化转移酶进行简要介绍,列述了近年糖基转移酶在肿瘤中的相关研究,并对其在肿瘤临床诊治方面的前景进行展望。 Glycosylation is one of the most important processes in glycobiology,which is involved in the basic molecular and cellular biological processes of tumor development.Glycosyltransferase is one of the key enzymes involved in glycosylation and is closely related to tumor.In this paper,glycosylation and glycosyltransferase are briefly introduced,the research on glycosyltransferase in tumor in recent years is listed,and their prospect in clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumor is reviewed.
