摘要 以TX-18铁路道床吸污装置中的除尘系统角焊缝作为模型,选用Ansys模拟了除尘系统角焊缝焊接过程。通过瞬时温度场、焊接残余应力及塑性变形量云图,研究了焊接过程中对其变形量的影响。基于计算结果及实际焊缝长度考量,将反变形量控制在5~10 mm,并通过退火去除焊接应力后,可以将除尘系统的表面平整度均控制在2.5 mm以内,能够满足除尘系统设计要求。 Taking the fillet weld of the dust removal system of the TX-18 railway track bed as a model,Ansys is selected to simulate the fillet welding process of the dust removal system.Through the instantaneous temperature field,welding residual stress and plastic deformation cloud graph,the influence of the welding process on its deformation is studied.Based on the calculation results and the actual weld length considerations,the anti-deformation amount is controlled to 5-10 mm,and after the welding stress is removed by annealing,the surface flatness of the dust removal system can be controlled within 2.5 mm,which can meet the design requirements of the dust removal system.
