湿式静电除尘器CFD流场模拟及设计优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用CFD方法对烟气侧进式WESP流场进行模拟计算。四种设计方案的计算结果表明:对于侧进式WESP,由于气流分布板本身不能控制烟气流动方向,单独采用气流分布板效果不理想,需要在下游配合导流板使用;对于电场入口断面位置速度分布,采用气流分布板+导流板方案与采用整流装置方案时,速度σ值分别为0.19和0.15。采用整流装置方案时,WESP系统总压压降最低为93 Pa。 The CFD method is used to simulate the flow field of the flue gas side entry WESP.The calculation results of four design schemes show that:for the side entry WESP,since the air flow distribution plate itself cannot control the flow direction of the flue gas,the effect of using air flow distribution plate alone is not ideal,and it needs to be used with the deflector in the downstream;for the electric field entrance section position velocity distribution,the velocityσvalues are 0.19 and 0.15 respectively when the air flow distribution plate plus deflector scheme and the rectifier scheme are adopted.When using the rectifier solution,the total pressure drop of the WESP system is at least 93 Pa.
