基于中台思想的业务微模块构建模式研究

Research on Business Micro-module Construction Mode based on Middle Platform Thought

针对业务信息化存在的建设周期长、业务需求不匹配、上线后变更难等问题,提出将审批流能力、业务数据建模能力、数据报表能力、数据集成能力、二次开发能力等形成面向业务的应用中台,面对业务信息化需求,利用敏捷模式进行快速原型设计、建设和上线使用,迭代优化,有效完成业务信息化,持续推动业务效率提升和创新,支持企业形成以客户为中心的快速响应和交付能力。实践证明,该模式可以快速满足业务信息化需求,有效节约信息化建设的资金成本和时间成本,推动隐性能力显性化,支持企业综合竞争力提升。

In view of the problems existing in business informatization,such as long construction period,mismatch of business requirements,and difficulty in changing after going online,etc,this paper proposes to form a business-oriented application platform with approval flow capabilities,data modeling capabilities,comprehensive query capabilities,report construction capabilities,data integration capabilities,and secondary development capabilities.Faced with business informatization needs,use agile models for rapid prototyping design,construction and online use,iterative optimization,effectively complete business informatization,continue to promote business efficiency and innovation,and support enterprises to form customer-centric rapid response and delivery capabilities.Practice has proved that this model can quickly meet the needs of business informatization,effectively save the capital cost and time cost of informatization construction,promote the explicitization of hidden capabilities,and support the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
