基于玄府理论防治慢性萎缩性胃炎“炎-癌转化”

慢性萎缩性胃炎是公认的癌前病变,"炎-癌转化"是慢性萎缩性胃炎向胃癌转变的基础途径。玄府是气液通行、遍布全身的微观结构,玄府郁闭是引起慢性萎缩性胃炎恶变的重要病理变化,开通玄府是防治慢性萎缩性胃炎向胃癌转变的基本治则。根据导致玄府闭塞的病因病机不同,开通玄府的具体治则可分为理气开玄、化湿开玄、活血开玄、益气开玄、养阴开玄。

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is recognized as a precancerous lesion, and "inflammation-cancer transformation" is the basic way of transforming CAG into gastric cancer.Xuanfu is the microscopic structure with Qi and liquid flowing and widely distributed throughout the body;and Xuanfu depression is an important pathological change leading to the malignant transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis.Therefore, opening Xuanfu is the basic treatment to prevent the transformation.According to the different etiology and pathogenesis of Xuanfu occlusion, the specific treatment of Xuanfu can be divided into regulating Qi to open Xuanfu, removing Dampness to open Xuanfu, activating blood circulation to open Xuanfu, supplementing Qi to open Xuanfu and nourishing Yin to open Xuanfu.
