基于AIS VDL的AIS船台动态信息符合度监测系统设计和实现

The Design and Realization of AIS Ship Station Dynamic Information Conformity Monitoring System on the Basis of AIS VDL

由于管理不规范、设备不合规及船舶自动识别系统(AIS)的脆弱性,海上交通指挥、海事调查以及基于AIS数据的应用分析受到较大影响。针对海事执法中对AIS船台动态信息符合度监测的难点,提出基于AIS VDL(甚高频数据链路)的AIS船台动态信息符合度监测系统设计方案,并介绍了系统在无线电整治中的实施成效。

Due to unregulated management and non-compliant equipment as well as the vulnerability of AIS system,maritime traffic command,maritime investigation,and the application analysis based on AIS data have been seriously affected.This article focuses on the difficulties in monitoring the compliance of AIS dynamic information in maritime law enforcement,proposes a design for the monitoring system on AIS ship station information compliance based on AIS Very High Frequency Data Link(VDL),and introduces the effectiveness of the system in radio regulation.
