骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的围术期护理方法及效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者经骨水泥椎体成形术(PVP)治疗围术期的护理方法及效果。方法:选取2019-05~2021-04我院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者76例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组38例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性围术期护理,对两组疼痛程度、日常生活能力进行比较。结果:在VAS评分上,经对比干预前无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后评分较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。在ADL评分上,两组干预前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后较干预前明显提高(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者的发病率(χ^(2)=12.088,P<0.05)。结论:PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者采用针对性围术期护理可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高日常生活能力。
