复发性口腔溃疡与口腔和消化道菌群微生态相关性分析

Study on the microecological relationship between recurrent oral ulcer and oral and digestive flora

目的:分析复发性口腔溃疡与口腔和消化道菌群微生态相关性分析。方法:选用2019-03~2020-02于本院就诊的复发性口腔溃疡患者共120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字抽签方式将患者分为常规组与研究组,两组患者均进行快速尿素酶试验法检测口腔Hp感染情况,常规组在检测方法基础上应用常规复发性口腔溃疡护理干预,研究组在检测方法基础上应用中药漱口液护理干预,通过比较两组患者链球菌、韦荣氏菌数量与菌群构建,以进一步分析复发性口腔溃疡与口腔和消化道菌群微生态相关性。结果:研究组患者链球菌与韦荣氏菌数量均低于常规组(t=3.076、2.870,P均<0.05);研究组患者革兰阴性球菌、革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性杆菌与革兰阳性杆菌均低于常规组(t=3.687、2.254、2.152、3.581,P均<0.05)。结论:复发性口腔溃疡与机体口腔菌群微生态有一定关联,且与消化道菌群微生态也存在关联性,在对复发性口腔患者治疗时,需保证患者口腔菌群微生态与消化道菌群微生态均处于平稳状况,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the microecological relationship between recurrent oral ulcer and oral and digestive tract flora.Methods:A total of 120 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into routine group and study group.Rapid urease test was used to detect oral Hp infection in the two groups.The conventional group was treated with routine nursing intervention for recurrent oral ulcer,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese gargle nursing intervention.The number of streptococcus and Veronella and their microflora construction were compared between the two groups,and the microecological correlation between recurrent oral ulcer and oral and digestive tract microflora was analyzed.Results:The number of streptococcus and Veronella in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(t=3.076,2.870,P<0.05).Gram-negative cocci,gram-positive cocci,gram-negative bacilli and gram-positive bacilli in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=3.687,2.254,2.152,3.581,P<0.05).Conclusion:Recurrent oral ulcer is correlated with oral and digestive tract microflora.Clinical intervention of oral and digestive tract microflora can improve the therapeutic effect of recurrent oral ulcer.
