基于云模型的在役公路隧道衬砌硫酸盐腐蚀程度分级研究

摘要 在役公路隧道衬砌因硫酸盐腐蚀导致耐久性能退化,影响隧道结构安全性能。本文对在役公路隧道衬砌硫酸盐腐蚀程度进行分级评价研究,从隧道表观检测、硫酸盐腐蚀检测以及衬砌情况检测三个方面着手,选取了裂缝情况、破损剥落面积比、芯样硫酸根离子浓度、二次衬砌强度损失以及剥落深度比五个评价指标,构建了在役公路隧道衬砌硫酸盐腐蚀分级评价的指标体系。提出了基于云模型的分级评价方法,对重庆市某隧道进行了硫酸盐腐蚀程度分级研究,并对不同的腐蚀等级提出了对应的修复措施。结果表明:利用云模型对在役公路隧道衬砌硫酸盐腐蚀程度进行分级评价,可以将主观的数据客观化,且分级评价结果直观可靠,同时为混凝土结构腐蚀分级研究提供了新的思路。 The durability of the in-service highway tunnel lining is degraded due to sulfate corrosion, which affects the safety performance of the tunnel structure. In this paper, the grading of sulfate corrosion of the lining of highway tunnels in service was studied. From the three aspects of tunnel surface inspection, sulfate corrosion inspection and lining condition inspection, the crack condition, the ratio of damaged spalling area and the sulfate ion concentration of concrete core sample were selected. Secondary lining strength loss and spalling depth ratio five evaluation indicators constructed an index system for the grading evaluation of sulfate corrosion of the lining of highway tunnels in service. A comprehensive grading evaluation method based on cloud model was proposed, and a grading study of sulfate corrosion degree of a tunnel in Chongqing was carried out, and corresponding repair measures were proposed for different corrosion grades. The results showed that the use of cloud model to classify the sulfate corrosion degree of in-service highway tunnellinings could object subjective data, and the classification evaluation results were intuitive and reliable.Overall,itprovidesa newideaforconcretestructurecorrosionclassificationresearch.
