“双高计划”背景下高职“双师型”教师质量提升的实然、应然与必然 被引量:3

摘要 高水平"双师"队伍建设是"双高计划"的重要目标和主要途径,也是新时代高职院校实现内涵式发展的重要依托。"双师型"教师队伍建设面临认定标准、来源结构、培养机制、考核评价等方面的困境,以制度环境建设、人才质量标准、能力培养体系、考核评价方法的应然策略探究为基础,提出了确立多维度认定标准、建立多层次管理体系、完善多元化培养体系、构建多样化绩效评价等"双师"队伍质量提升路径。 High-level"double-qualified"teacher team construction is an important goal and main approach of"Double High Plan",and is also an important support for higher vocational colleges to realize connotative development in the new era.The construction of"double-qualified"teacher team is faced with difficulties in identification standards,source structure,training mechanism,and assessment and evaluation.Based on the exploration of the necessary strategies of institutional environment construction,talent quality standards,ability training system,and assessment and evaluation methods,this paper puts forward some ways to improve the quality of"double-qualified"teacher team construction,such as establishing multi-dimensional identification standard,establishing multi-level management system,perfecting diversified training system,and constructing diversified performance evaluation.
