摘要
当前高职院校物联网专业人才培养的内容、模式与企业需求脱节;专业师资力量薄弱,缺乏竞争力;学生实习岗位层次较低,技术含量不高。高职院校物联网专业要加强人才培养质效,必须坚持立德树人,以"四史"教育筑牢初心、使命;坚持德技并修,以物联网复合型人才为培养目标;坚持"双师"发展,以产学研融合带动师资力量提升;坚持以人为本,以就业胜任力培养为核心推进教学改革;坚持产教融合,以岗位需求推进"三教"改革。
The content and mode of talent training of IOT specialty in vocational colleges are against needs of enterprises;The professional teachers are lack of competitiveness;The overall level of students’internship is low with little techniques.In order to strengthen quality and effectiveness of IOT professional training,we must insist on moral education,which builds up the initial heart and mission with the"four history"education;Adhere to the combination of morality and technology,which takes the IOT composite talents as the training goal;Insist on double qualification development of teachers,which promotes the improvement of teaching by integrating production,learning and research;Adhere to the people-oriented method,which promotes the teaching reform with the core of the cultivation of employment competence;Insist on the integration of production and education,which promotes the reform of"three education"with the needs of posts.
