摘要
离子聚合物金属复合材料(IPMC)是一种由于离子在电极对之间的行程不同,具有大变形功能的柔性材料,可以制成多种驱动器和传感器。由于目前结构设计较为单一,因此基于离子聚合物的传感原理,设计了一种IPMC空心管传感结构,通过有限元软件Comsol来模拟离子聚合物的电响应行为,找出材料等价参数的确定方法,并将仿真结果与现有空间结构实验数据进行对比,误差在允许范围内,因此该模型可适用于空间结构较为复杂的离子型传感器。为研究IPMC材料在传感结构上提供了一种新的思路。
IPMC is a flexible material with large deformation function due to the different stroke of ions between electrode pairs.It can be made into a variety of actuators and sensors.Due to the single structure design at present,based on the sensing principle of ionic polymer,an IPMC hollow tube sensing structure is designed.The electrical response behavior of ionic polymer is simulated by finite element software COMSOL,and the determination method of material equivalent parameters is found.The simulation results are coMPared with the existing spatial structure experimental data,and the error is within the allowable range.Therefore,the model can be applied to ion sensors with complex spatial structure.It provides a new idea for studying the sensing structure of IPMC materials.
