摘要
运动副间隙对机构动态特性影响显著。该文提出了一种上三角肘杆式连杆机械压力机结构,采用环形矢量法建立该机构的运动学方程,并根据各杆件间的几何关联,用多体动力学软件依次独立对多个含间隙铰接点进行了运动学仿真分析得到的结果为:机构多铰接点在同一相对间隙值下对应的运动学动态特性曲线。这表明,在同一相对间隙值下,铰接点间隙趋近执行连杆端时,位移、速度及加速度曲线"畸变"显著增强,各间隙点冲击部位存在的差异性较大。
The clearance of the kinematic pair has significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism.In this paper,a mechanical press structure with upper triangular elbow-bar linkage is presented.The kinematic equations of the mechanism are established by using the method of circular vector,in this paper,the kinematic simulation of several joints with clearance is carried out by using multi-body dynamics software.The results are as follows:The kinematic dynamic characteristic curves of the joints of the mechanism under the same relative clearance value.The results show that the distortion of Displacement,velocity and acceleration curves is enhanced obviously when the clearance approaches to the end of the connecting rod under the same relative clearance value.
