摘要
传统的压模装置结构复杂,模具制造耗费大量的时间、人力和物力,制作的成品精度低,设计制作了一种手动式蜡模快速成型装置,通过手轮驱动传动丝杆转动,丝杆与活塞配合,活塞将活塞缸中半熔融的石蜡快速压注到模腔中,压铸完毕后复位弹簧使得活塞自动弹出。实验表明,所设计的手动式蜡模成型装置进行蜡模压铸后,成型件表面质量好,密度均匀,可用于实验教学,也可用于单件、小批量生产,相对于其他设备性价比高,操作简单,效率高。
The traditional stamping device structure is complex,mold manufacturing cost a lot of time,manpower and material resources,the production of finished products with low precision,this paper designed to do a manual wax mold rapid prototyping device,driven by handwheel screw,rod with the piston with the piston piston cylinder in the molten paraffin quickly pressed into the cavity,the pressure is completed after the return of the spring so that the piston automatically pops up,the experiment shows that the design of the wax mold molding device after injection,the workpiece surface quality,molded parts density uniformity,low cost,simple operation,high efficiency,can be used for experimental teaching,also be used for single-piece small batch production.
