摘要
基于性能驱动对某车型白车身进行轻量化研究。首先对白车身静刚度、NVH性能、碰撞性能进行仿真分析,确定其初始结果。然后根据经验和灵敏度分析确定优化部件,由初始结果确定优化性能。最后使用modeFronter软件建立各工况的试验设计(DOE,Design Of Experiment)模型和响应面模型并基于响应面模型,使用混合算法对白车身进行多学科优化。研究结果表明,白车身质量在满足各项性能要求的前提下降低2.54%,减重效果显著。
Based on the performance-driven research on the lightweight of a certain vehicle body-in-white.Firstly,the static stiffness,NVH performance and collision performance of biw are simulated and analyzed to determine the initial results.The optimized components were determined according to experience and sensitivity analysis,and the optimized performance was determined by the initial results.The DOE(Design Of Experiment) model and response surface model for each working condition were established by modeFronter software.Based on response surface model,a hybrid algorithm was used to optimize biw.The results show that the body-in-white mass is reduced by 2.54% under the premise of meeting the performance requirements,and the weight reduction effect is significant.
