摘要
以某高速动车组牵引电机冷却系统为研究对象,对其合理性及可靠性进行了试验。通过流通特性试验,测量了主电动机风道及系统的阻力特性;通过地面匹配试验,确定牵引电机冷却系统的实际匹配工作点。试验结果表明,牵引电机冷却风机会超功率运行,对软风道结构进行优化后,牵引电机风机满足运行要求。
Taking the traction motor cooling system of a high-speed EMU as the research object,through the flow characteristic test,the resistance characteristics of the main motor duct and the system are measured.Through the ground matching test of the whole system,the actual matching working point of the traction motor cooling system is determined.According to the test results,the system components are optimized,and the rationality and reliability of the system matching are verified.
