摘要
"无碳小车"项目是第七届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的主题,难度非常提高。如何快速设计小车的转向机构,使小车精确走出预期轨迹是竞赛中最具挑战的目标。对传统凸轮的周期进行延拓得到一种新周期能使小车精确走出各种复杂运动轨迹。该文提出了基于SolidWorks Motion的周期延拓凸轮轮廓设计方法,通过SolidWorks艺术绘制出理想轨迹,再通过SolidWorks Motion运动仿真推理出周期延拓凸轮轮廓,最后通过正向运动仿真验证了该设计的准确性。
The project of "Carbon-free car"is the theme of the Seventh National Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition for college students.How to quickly design the steering mechanism of the car,so that the car accurately out of the expected track is the most challenging goal in the competition.A new period is obtained by extending the period of the traditional Cam,which can make the car walk out of the complicated track accurately.In this paper,the design method of Cam Contour based on SolidWorks Motion is presented,the ideal trace is drawn by SolidWorks art,and the Cam Contour is deduced by SolidWorks Motion simulation,finally,the accuracy of the design is verified by forward motion simulation.
