基于六面体应用的工科类学生职业素质提升研究

Research on Improving the Professional Quality of Engineering Students based on the Application of Hexahedron

在全国实现全面脱贫的大时代背景下,当前职业院校学生的家庭条件已经有极大的提升,学生得到更安全舒适的环境,而吃苦耐劳、刻苦训练的传统风气悄然淡去,背离了中华文化一直秉承的心性磨砺的基础。针对工科类学生,导入六面体作为训练载体,利用教练技术方法,通过组织学生开展针对性特别训练,提升学生的职业素质,塑造其在新时代下的劳动精神。

Under the background of the national comprehensive poverty alleviation,the family conditions of vocational college students have been greatly improved.Students have been given a safer and comfortable environment,while the traditional atmosphere of hard work and hard training has quietly faded away,which deviates from the honed foundation of the heart that Chinese culture has always adhered to.Aiming at engineering students,this paper introduces hexahedron as the training carrier,uses coach technology methods,and organizes students to carry out targeted special training to improve students’ professional quality and shape their labor spirit in the new era.
