摘要
针对某汽油机发动机前端轮系异响的问题,通过对张力、对齐度、共面度、张紧器、轮系布置等方面进行分析,找到异响的原因。优化张紧器后,异响无法完全消除,对轮系进行重新布置,将原单层轮系布置改为双层轮系布置,转向泵由单独一条皮带驱动,彻底解决轮系异响的问题。
For reduce the noise of Front End Accessory Drive system of the engine,we analyzed the tension,alignment,coplanarity,tensioner and gear train arrangement to found the reason of noise.After optimizing the tensioner,the noise cannot be completely eliminated.Optimize the layout of the gear train,change the single-layer gear train layout to the double-layer gear train layout,and the steering pump is driven by a single belt.This optimization completely solved the problem of the noise.
