摘要
针对医院10万元以上医疗设备的购置申请,该研究建立了医疗设备购置申请可行性论证绩效模型,旨在指导医院合理支出医疗设备购置资金,避免浪费。研究过程中通过运用层次分析法构建较全面的模型体系定性评价申请的可行性,利用模糊综合评价法对评价矩阵进行计算来定量评价申请的可行性,最终将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,根据实例计算,论证了该模型对医疗设备购置可行性评价的有效性。通过模型建立,发现该模型可提高医院资金利用率,为医疗设备购置论证提供量化结果支撑,对医疗设备购置科学管理具有积极影响。
Aiming at the medical equipment purchase application of more than 100000 yuan,this paper established a performance model of feasibility demonstration to guide the hospital to spend the medical equipment purchase fund reasonably and avoid waste.The analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a relatively comprehensive model system to evaluate the feasibility of the application qualitatively.And then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the evaluation matrix to evaluate the feasibility of the application quantitatively.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined eventually.The actual case calculation demonstrated that the model was effective to evaluate the feasibility of medical equipment purchase.This model can improve the utilization rate of hospital funds,provide quantitative results support for the demonstration of medical equipment purchase,and play a positive role in the scientific management of medical equipment purchase.
