摘要
目的探讨迈瑞体外除颤器(AED)的质量检测方法。方法按照JJF 1149-2014《心脏除颤器校准规范》、JJG 760-2003《心电监护仪检定规程》、GB 9706.8-2009《医用电气设备第2-4部分:心脏除颤器安全专用要求》的规定,结合使用说明书,使用福禄克(FLUKE)专业质量检测设备对院内的3台迈瑞半自动AED进行检测。结果根据校准规范及机型,制作了AED专用质量检测原始记录表,3台迈瑞半自动AED检测合格率均为100%。结论AED的质量检测关系重大,应加强对其的日常管理工作,保障设备随时处于待用状态。
Objective The quality inspection method of Mindray automated external defibrillator(AED)was explored.Methods According to JJF 1149-2014 Calibration Specification for Cardiac Defibrillators,JJG 760-2003 Verification Regulation for Electro Cardiac Monitor,and GB 9706.8-2009 Medical electrical equipment-Part 2-4:Particular requirements for the safety of cardiac defibrillators,and in combination with the instruction manual of Mindray AED,three Mindray AEDs in the hospital were tested by the FLUKE professional quality inspection equipment.Results According to the calibration specifications and models,the original quality inspection records for AED were made,and the qualified rate of the three inspected Mindray AEDs(semi-automatic)was 100%.Conclusions The quality inspection of AEDs is very important.Therefore,the daily management of defibrillators should be strengthened to ensure their standby status.
