摘要
[目的]探究噻虫嗪在土壤渗滤液中的溶解性。[方法]在101.2 kPa压力下,采用激光动态法,分别测定了278.15~323.15 K条件下,噻虫嗪在不同pH值、不同淋溶天数下的溶解度。[结果]拟合值与试验值吻合较好,噻虫嗪在土壤渗滤液中的溶解度随着温度的增加而增加;相比于蒸馏水,土壤渗滤液中的可溶性有机质会促进噻虫嗪的溶解;相比酸性和碱性淋溶液,噻虫嗪在中性淋溶液淋溶后得到的渗滤液中的溶解性最好;在相同温度下,随着淋溶天数的增加,中性淋溶液下,噻虫嗪在第5天的溶解度值最大,而在酸性和碱性条件下,在第3天时,噻虫嗪的溶解度值最大。试验数据采用Apelblat经验方程进行关联,关联效果良好(R2>0.999)。
[Aims] This study aims to explore the solubility of thiamethoxam in soil leachate. [Methods] Under the pressure of 101.2 k Pa, the laser dynamic method was used to determine the solubility of thiamethoxam under different pH values and different leaching days at 278.15-323.15 K. [Results] The results showed that the fitted values are in good agreement with the experimental values. The solubility of thiamethoxam in soil leachate increase with the increase of temperature. Compared with distilled water, the soluble organic matter in the soil leachate can promote the dissolution of thiamethoxam. Compared with acid and alkaline leaching solutions, thiamethoxam has the best solubility in the leachate obtained from neutral leaching solution. At the same temperature, with the increase of leaching days, the solubility of thiamethoxam in neutral leaching solution reached the maximum on the fifth day, while under acidic and alkaline conditions, the solubility of thiamethoxam reached the maximum on the third day. The experimental data were correlated by Apelblat empirical equation, and the correlation effect was good(R2>0.999).
