摘要
[目的]筛选防治菜豆黄曲条跳甲高效杀虫剂。[方法]采用浸叶法进行室内生物活性测定及安全性测定,并在田间验证了最大联合作用系数复配制剂的防治效果。[结果]联苯菊酯与啶虫脒LC_(50)值为86.6483 mg/L,配比为1:1的联合作用系数(127.4035)最大;联苯·啶虫脒在菜豆7~21 d的生长速率无较大差别,推荐剂量对菜豆安全;有效成分用量为108~126 g a.i./hm^(2),田间喷施,14 d防效在81.27%~92.15%,防效好且持效期长。[结论]联苯·啶虫脒的最佳配比,可作为防治黄条跳甲的优选药剂。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out a highly effective insecticide for control of Phyllotreta striolata in Phaseolus vulgaris Linn. [Methods] The toxicity and safety of the compound preparation were measured by leaf leaching method in the laboratory, and the control effect of the compound preparation with the maximum co-toxicity coefficient was verified in the field. [Results] The results showed that the LC;value of bifenthrin and acetamiprid was86.6483 mg/L, and the co-toxicity coefficient(127.4035) was the largest when the ratio was 1 ∶1. There was no significant difference in the growth rate when treated with bifenthrin-acetamiprid at 7 to 21 days, and the recommended dose was safe for P. vulgaris Linn. When the dosage of active ingredient was 108-126 g/ha, the control effect was81.27-92.15% at 14 days, and the control effect was good and the duration was long. [Conclusions] The optimal ratio of bifenthrin and acetamiprid can be used as the optimal insecticide for control of P. striolata.
