摘要
针对输电线路巡检无人机在高电压、强磁场环境下带电作业受到电磁干扰较为严重的问题,提出了一种新型吸收式电磁屏蔽方法。通过提升巡检作业可靠性,保障无人机及线路的安全,从110 kV输电线路周围电磁场产生机理出发,建立输电线路模型,研究110 kV输电线路中无人机巡检作业周围电磁场分布的仿真,得出一定距离下电场强度和磁感应强度的数值分布。基于此,对无人机受到的电磁干扰进行分析,并从干扰源的产生及电磁耦合途径出发,通过在无人机外部机身涂敷吸波材料并进行相应的接地处理来削弱电磁干扰,大大提高了无人机的电磁兼容性能。该研究能够提高无人机电力巡线作业的可靠性和安全性,对保证电网和设备的安全具有重要意义。
In order to explore the effectiveness of the serious electromagnetic interference of the transmission line patrol UAV when it works in the environment of high voltage and strong magnetic field,a new absorption elec⁃tromagnetic shielding method was proposed.By improving the reliability of inspection operation and ensuring the safety of UAV and line,a transmission line model was established based on the generation mechanism of electromagnetic field around 110 kV transmission line,and the simulation study of electromagnetic field distribu⁃tion around the inspection operation of UAV in 110 kV transmission line was carried out to obtain the numerical distribution of electric field intensity and magnetic induction intensity at a certain distance.On this basis,the electromagnetic interference of UAV was analyzed,and from the generation of interference source and electro⁃magnetic coupling way,the electromagnetic interference was weakened by coating the external body of UAV with absorbing material and the corresponding grounding treatment,and the electromagnetic compatibility per⁃formance of UAV was greatly improved.The research can improve the reliability and safety of uav power line patrol,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of power grid and equipment.
