基于沉降差和动态变形模量的含巨粒土路基压实质量控制 被引量:12

摘要 依托实际工程选定试验路段,本文利用沉降差和动态变形模量(Dynamic Deformation Modulus,Evd)值2种压实检测指标对不同松铺厚度和压实工艺进行压实效果检测分析,并对试验路段进行沉降变形监测。结果表明,含巨粒土分层填筑时,采用松铺45 cm、32 t振动压路机静压1次振压5次施工方法填筑路基,压实质量满足规范要求,采用沉降差和Evd值相结合控制巨粒土施工压实质量是可行的;含巨粒土填料在压实过程中产生的沉降差与对应的Evd值具有良好的线性关系,在施工中可以用便携式落锤弯沉仪(portable falling weight deflectometer,PFWD)快速进行加密质量检测;路基填筑高度较高的,每铺筑3 m进行一次强夯,路基达到标高后最好进行堆土预压,利于加速路基固结,有效减小工后沉降。 In this paper,based on the actual project,the test section is selected,and two kinds of compaction detection indicators,namely settlement difference and dynamic deformation modulus value(Evd),are used to detect and analyze the compaction effect of different loose paving thicknesses and compaction processes,and the settlement deformation of the test section is carried out monitor.The results show that:when filling in layers with macrograined soil,the subgrade is filled with the construction method of loose paving thickness of 45 cm and 32 t vibratory rollers static pressure for one time and 5 times vibration,and the compaction quality meets the specification requirements.It is feasible to use the combination of settlement difference and Evd value to control the compaction quality of macrograined soil construction.There is a good linear relationship between the settlement difference and the corresponding Evd value of the macrograined soil filler during the compaction process.The portable falling weight deflectometer(PFWD)can be used for rapid and intensive quality inspection during construction.If the subgrade filling height is high,dynamic compaction should be carried out every 3 m.After the subgrade reaches the elevation,it is best to carry out preloading of soil piles,which is conducive to accelerating the consolidation of the subgrade and effectively reducing the settlement after construction.
