丹参-石菖蒲中活性成分丹参素与细辛醚的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 以离子液体为媒介,研究丹参中丹参素与石菖蒲中细辛醚的相关性。采用传统回流法,以水、水-离子液体、水-石菖蒲提取液、水-石菖蒲(离子液体辅助)提取液为提取剂,以丹参素和α-细辛醚为指标,以HPLC法分析丹参素及α-细辛醚的提取率。由于离子液体有良好的传质能力,能够有效提高药材中的活性成分的提取率,结果发现以水-离子液体为提取剂时,丹参素、α-细辛醚提取率均增加;以水-石菖蒲(离子液体辅助)提取液为溶剂提取丹参素时,丹参素的提取率增加。从分子水平分析,离子液体提高了石菖蒲中一些溶于水的小分子物质的提取率,其因与丹参素存在弱的相互作用力,从而使丹参素提取率增加。 With ionic liquids as the medium,the relationships ofα-asarone in Acorus tatarinowii Schott and salvianic acid A in the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.were investigated.By using traditional reflux method,with water,water-ionic liquid,water-Acorus tatarinowii Schott extracting solution and water-Acorus tatarinowii Schott extracting solution(ionic liquid-assisted)as extraction solvent,with salvianic acid A andα-asarone as the analysis target,their extraction rate were analysed with HPLC.The ionic liquid has better mass transfer ability,which can effectively promote the extraction of active ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The results showed that the content of Salvianic acid A andα-asarone increased under the water-ionic liquid.The extraction rate of Salvianic acid A increased with water-Acorus tatarinowii Schott extracting solution(ionic liquid-assisted)as the extraction solvent.At the molecular level,more small molecules in water-Acorus tatarinowii Schott extracting solution(ionic liquid-assisted)may have a weak interaction with Salvianic acid A,which can result in the increase of the extraction rate for Salvianic acid A.
