摘要
miRNA是19~25 nt的非编码单链RNA分子,在人体内序列高度保守,并在细胞生理活动中起到重要作用。值得注意的是,miR-335在多种恶性肿瘤中起着重要的调节作用。过度表达的miR-335可抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,并可增强肿瘤细胞对于放化疗的敏感性。此外,miR-335有望成为新型的肿瘤标志物。本文系统性地综述了miR-335在恶性肿瘤中的表达调控及其作用,从基因的表达、临床诊断、治疗与预后等方面探讨了miR-335在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制和临床应用。
The miRNAs are a large class of non-coding single-stranded RNAs with the length of 19~25 nucleotides,whose sequence is highly conserved in human.The miRNAs play a significant role in cellular physiological activity.we draw your attention to one such miRNA,miR-335 that exerts a regulatory influence on malignant tumors.On the one hand,overexpression of miR-335 can inhibit proliferation,invasion and migration of tumor cell.On the other hand,it can also increase the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Moreover,miR-335 might be a potential biomarker of cancer.Overall,our review highlights the regulation and effects of miR-335 in malignant tumors,and explores the mechanism and clinical application of miR-335 in cancer from the aspects of gene expression,clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
