桑黄多糖的分离纯化、生物活性及其产品开发研究进展

Research progress in purification,bio-activity and product development of polysaccharides from Sanghuangporus

桑黄因其抗癌效果突出,成为新型抗癌药物领域研究的新宠。桑黄多糖是桑黄的主要活性成分之一,具有良好的抑制肿瘤、提高免疫功能、降血糖及抗氧化等药理活性。综述桑黄多糖的提取和分离纯化方法、结构分析和生物活性等方面研究进展,总结桑黄多糖新产品开发与应用的现状,展望前景。

Sanghuangporus spp.is a kind of rare large medicinal mushroom.At present,it is internationally recognized that its anticancer effect is in the first place of medicinal mushroom,and it has become the research focus in the field of new anticancer drugs.Modern research shows that sanghuang polysaccharide is one of its main active components,with good anticancer,immuno-regulation,hypoglycemic,anti-oxidant and other pharmacological functions.In this paper,the research progress in the extraction,separation and purification methods,structural composition analysis and biological activity of sanghuang polysaccharide was reviewed,and the development and application of new products were summarized and prospected.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis for further study of polysaccharides from sanghuang and its application in food,medical care and other fields.
