大肥蘑菇的生物学特性及其开发研究进展

Research progress of the biological characteristics of Agaricus bitorquis and its development

参阅有关文献,对我国大肥蘑菇的地理分布、生物学特性、营养价值、药用价值和驯化栽培等方面的研究进展进行综述,指出其味道鲜美、营养丰富,是一种亟待开发的珍贵食用菌资源。其可以作物秸秆和牲畜粪便为原料进行人工栽培,材料来源广泛,生产成本低廉,经济效益好,开发前景广阔;但技术尚不够成熟,栽培模式仍较粗放。

The research on the ecological distribution,biological characteristics,nutritional value,medicinal value and domestication and cultivation of Agaricus bitorquis in China is reviewed,in order to provide reference and basis for the follow-up research,development and utilization of Agaricus bitorquis.It shows that Agaricus bitorquis is a delicious and nutritious mushroom,and it can be cultivated with straw and livestock manure.The production cost is low and the economic benefits are good.However,the technology is not mature enough and the cultivation mode is still relatively extensive.It is a precious edible mushroom resource that needs to be developed urgently.
