黄菖蒲-枯草芽孢杆菌净化体系根际细菌多样性分析

摘要 【目的】探究黄菖蒲-枯草芽孢杆菌净化体系在河道底泥净化方面的作用,为水生植物-细菌联合修复河道提供技术支持。【方法】利用16SrDNA测序技术分析黄菖蒲-枯草芽孢杆菌净化体系根部细菌的多样性、丰富度和群落结构的变化,细菌组间差异物种和细菌群落的功能。【结果】黄菖蒲-枯草芽孢杆菌净化体系没有显著改变细菌聚类和物种分类数量、群落丰富度,但是有效改变底泥细菌群落多样性状况,使根部底泥中富集细菌的功能主要集中在还原硝酸盐、氧化铵硫化物、吸收氮元素和代谢硝酸盐。【结论】黄菖蒲-枯草芽孢杆菌净化体系能够有效改变河道底泥中的细菌多样性,增强净化水体的功能。 【Objective】This study aims to investigate the role of the Iris pseudacoru-Bacillus subtilis system in river sediment purification, and provide technical support for the combined restoration of aquatic plant and bacteria in river. 【Methods】The diversity, abundance and change in community structure of bacteria in rhizosphere sediment of the Iris pseudacoru-Bacillus subtilis purification system were analyzed using 16 S rDNA sequencing technology, and the difference and function of bacterial community were also analyzed.【Results】 The Iris pseudacoru-Bacillus subtilis system did not significantly change the number of bacterial clusters and species and community richness, but obviously impacted of bacterial community diversity. The functions of bacteria enriched were mainly concentrated in nitrate reduction, dark sulfide oxidation, nitrogen uptake, and nitrate metabolism. 【Conclusion】The Iris pseudacoru-Bacillus subtilis purification system can effectively change the bacterial community diversity in the river sediment and enhance the purifying function of water.
