稻/稗共培抑草圈法结合主成分-聚类分析法筛选化感潜力水稻品种 被引量:5

Screening allelopathic rice cultivars by the inhibitory-circle method in combination with principal component and cluster analysis

摘要 筛选具有化感潜力的水稻是利用水稻化感作用进行杂草防控的重要工作.利用前期建立的有效种植体系——稻/稗共培抑草圈土壤盆栽法,测定14个水稻品种的6种化感潜力指标,结合主成分分析-聚类分析法进行归类分析得出潜在的化感水稻品种,再利用HPLC法验证这些水稻叶片酚酸化感物质含量聚类分析的结果.结果显示,无论是哪一种化感潜力指标,国际公认的化感水稻PI312777和Taichung Native1均显著高于非化感水稻Lemont,但其他11种水稻的变化趋势不一致.经过主成分分析得到的2个主成分反映了原化感潜力测定指标信息的86.55%,进一步根据14个水稻品种的主成分得分进行聚类分析,3种水稻可以归于化感水稻一类.HPLC分析结果表明,水稻品种371叶片酚酸总量与PI312777相比无显著差异,其他两种水稻187和287与Taichung Native1相比无显著差异,与聚类分析的归类结果基本一致.本研究表明利用抑草圈种植筛选系统,结合主成分分析法和聚类分析法可以准确地筛选出化感潜力水稻,本次筛选出来的水稻品种371、187和287号均可以作为潜在的化感水稻进行后续研究. Screening crop accessions for allelopathic activity is of paramount importance in rice allelopathy research. In this study, 14 rice cultivars were planted using the inhibitory-circle method with rice and barnyard grass co-cultured in pot soil. Six allelopathic indices of the 14 rice cultivars were measured and classified by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and the phenolic acid content in the rice leaves was determined using HPLC, in order to confirm the results of the cluster analysis. The results showed that the activities of allelopathic rice cultivars PI312777 and Taichung Native 1, regardless of the six allelopathic indices measured, were significantly higher than those of the non-allelopathic rice Lemont, but the variation trend of the other 11 rice cultivars was not consistent. The two principal components obtained by principal component analysis reflected 86.55% of the original allelopathic indices. According to the principal component scores of the 14 rice cultivars, three rice cultivars(187, 287, 371) can be classified into allelopathic rice classes by cluster analysis. There was no significant difference in the total phenolic acid content in the leaves of rice cultivar 371 compared with strong allelopathic rice PI312777, and no significant difference was observed in the leaves of the other two rice cultivars, 187 and 287, compared with the allelopathic rice Taichung Native 1, which suggested that there were high levels of phenolic acid in the leaves of the three cultivars screened as potential allelopathic rice cultivars. The study suggested that allelopathic rice could be accurately screened using the inhibitory-circle method combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and that three rice cultivars 371, 187,and 287 could be used as potential allelopathic rice cultivars for subsequent research.
