从“虚、瘀、郁”论治慢性再生障碍性贫血

Treating chronic aplastic anemia based on deficiency,blood stasis and depression

慢性再生障碍性贫血的病机“虚”、“瘀”、“郁”并见,表现为肾、脾、肝三脏之虚,以肾虚为本;久病肝木失调气机不得升发而为郁;气虚与气机郁滞均可使血行不畅而致瘀。治疗宜补肾之阴阳与肾精的不足,同时重视疏调肝木,活血化瘀,三者兼顾,促进机体生髓化血功能的恢复。

Chronic aplastic anemia is called Suilao(myelopathy)in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is deficiency,blood stasis and depression which are coexisting.The deficiency involves kidney,spleen and live,and is based on kidney-deficiency;the depression is long illness-induced liver-qi disorder and qi unsending up;the blood stasis is caused by poor blood-circulation which is caused by qi deficiency and qi depression-stagnation.The treatment should be by tonifying yin-yang of kidney and deficiency of kidney essence,and pay attention to dispersing stagnation of liver-qi,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation at the same time;all three should be given consideration,in order to promote the recovery of functions of myelopoiesis and hematopoiesis of organism.
