摘要 2019年12月,在武汉地区发现了国内首例急性呼吸道传染疾病,后被确诊为新型冠状病毒肺炎。有研究人员在《新兴传染病杂志》学术期刊上发表文章称,早在2019年9月,疫情就在法国、意大利等欧洲国家传播了。由于疫情的全球性爆发,各国变得伤痕累累,经济、政治、科技等方面的发展受到相当大的影响,同时给全球的体育赛事的发展和举办带来了巨大的冲击。面对疫情,2020年东京奥运会,2022年北京冬奥会为保证活动的顺利安全进行,在疫情的不同时期制定了不同的公共卫生事件应急预案以及科学的处理办法。通过文献资料法和调查法,对东京奥运会和北京冬奥会赛前、赛时、赛后三方面进行疫情防控对比研究,向世界展示在“后疫情”时代,在应对重大公共卫生安全方面不同国家所采取的措施,从而展示不同国家在疫情面前举办重大活动时的态度,责任和担当。 COVID-19 was confirmed after the first acute respiratory infection was detected in Wuhan in December of 2019.Some researchers wrote in the academic journal Emerging Infectious Diseases that the outbreak began in France,Italy and other European countries as early as in September of 2019.Due to the global outbreak of the epidemic,the development of economy,politics,science and technology in most countries has been greatly affected,and the development and holding of global sports events has been greatly impacted.In order to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,different public health emergency plans and scientific handling methods were formulated at different times of the epidemic.By methods of literature and questionnaire,a comparative study on the epidemic prevention and control measures before,during and after Tokyo Olympic Games and Beijing Winter Olympic Games,so as to show the world the major public health security measures taken by different countries in the post-pandemic era,as well as to show the attitude and responsibility held by different countries while hosting major activities in front of an epidemic outbreak.
