全运会代表了我国竞技体育的最高水平,并有“小奥运会”之称,对我国体育事业的发展具有深远的影响力。通过文献资料等研究方法对全运会跨省组合政策的参与现状、动力来源及价值进行研究。在对第13、14届的参赛情况进行分析后,研究认为,全运会跨省组合政策的政策得到了各参赛单位的拥护,其动力来源主要有竞技性取向、比赛性取向、利益性取向、技术性取向,它符合了建设体育强国和为国争光的备战需要,提高了比赛的参赛水平,增加了看点和亮点,符合了赛会淡化奖牌意识的目标趋向。在价值上;营造了良好的竞赛生态,促进了人才的合理利用,扩大了体育赛事参与及影响力。

the National Games represents the highest level of competitive sports in China,and is known as the“small Olympic Games”,which has a profound impact on the development of sports in China.Through the literature review method and other research methods,this paper studies the current situation,motive source and value of the cross-provincial combination policy of the National Games.After analyzing the competition situation of the 13th and 14th National Games,the study holds that the policy of cross-provincial combination policy of the National Games has been supported by all the participating units,and its motive sources are mainly performance orientation,competitive orientation,beneficial orientation and technical orientation,which meets the needs of building a strong sports country and winning glory for the country,and improves the level of competition.It is in line with the trend that the competition will be less medal-oriented.It creates a good competition ecology,promotes the rational use of talents,and enhances the participation and influence of sports events.
